:If it is native to your area, it could be any number of aquatic species such as a snapper or maybe a large cooter. It could also be a wood turtles as they get quite large and are patially terrestrial.

it is dark in it's shell with the same color shell as all the others i have seen before
it has yellow weavved into it's shell

it has big massive legs more like the elephant
it looka exactly like every other sox turtle i have ever seen and just like all the pictures of eastern box turtles on the web
