I'd say you are overcrowded already, so the sooner the better on your expansion.
:To give you an idea of the size of the pen already not including the expansion, heres a picture of an adult turtle in one of the corners of the pen. This view is about 1/4 of the pen's current size. This pen has 24 turtles in it, so there is still plenty of room for them but with the addition of the 25 babies later this year and the liklihood of getting about 20 more babies this year, it needs to be expanded.
