Where to get CB ornate boxies?

I'd like to get some ornate box turtles but would like to avoid the wild caught ones that seem to be for sale everywhere. Does anyone know where I can get some captive bred ones, it doesn't matter to me what size they are, I'd really just like to work with this species.
