i soak her every day or every second day. I also mist her cage throughout the day,the humidity is usually at 70-75%. Right now it is only getting up to 20c during the day and is still getting as cold as 3c during the night.So her going outside will have to wait.I will go "hunting of worms today to see if i can find any.
:while indoors, mist the cage frequently, give her lukewarm soaks often, this should help. Otherwise there's not much besides the great outdoors with it's mornings, dews, evenings, weather, etc, that will stimulate an appetite better. Once outdoors keep feeding like you do, but also order a thousand or more earthworms to populate her pen, that should give her something to dig for an hunt, which they seem to enjoy.
