Thanks. My pen is actually built like a regular cedar fence, just shorter. I am going to be adding more dirt and mulch material to fill it in.........and I'll probably get some larger rocks to create a high spot. There are gaps in the boards, but I guess with nothing in it yet, the water just sat there.
