::I have about 50 or so bulbs. They grow very well here in Chicago. Would a picture help you to identify the species?
:If they are bulbs then they are Lilium and not Hemerocallis.
:Day lilies don't grow from a bulb, so are usually sold as a potted plant 'coz the roots don't store well out of the ground. Does that help? :)
