I'd say definitely a three-toe, possibly female. One note, her beak is overgrown and is in need of a trim. You should consult your vet. This usually occurs when fed too soft of foods which don't grind down the beak as occurs in nature.

PS. Since the picture doesn't show everything, you might have a male but it's surely a three-toe
