:This is a Hogg Island boa and everything I've been told through Kingsnake, Gus, or simply reading books and across the web has said keep Hoggs hotter than mainland subspecies as they are from a southern region, a hotter tropical area. Feel free to correct if I am incorrect in this.

My hogg island trio, is kept at about 90 on the hot side ( 90 is what the thermometer reads, but directly under the heat lamp, it is probably 95), and about 82 on the cool end. It does not sound like your animal can cool off well enough if it wants too. Does it sit in the water dish? I would lower the temps.
