I can not say I hate em, but I can give you an example of why so many people do it. My female hogg is going to have a litter in 2 months they will be pure hoggs. I will be lucky to get $175ea for them. If I had bred her to my central american male [he would have been more than willing] I could have gotten $300+ per baby, figure a litter of 30 I would make about $4000 more that way, and probably sold them quicker. I do think some of the crosses do look nice and I am by no means a purist, but I thought it best for me to go pure, that was my choice. Other people make other choices.It is their choice.Craig Kade
