I tried that particular model,and,loved it!(but,just couldn't see spending the $ at the time)...My brother,and,I both use Fuji equipment,(he uses the 3800) I paid $260 for the 2800z,that I used to take this pic...same high quality Fuji color,at a lower max. megapixel resolution,and,a few less bells,and,whistles...if you go with the model you mentioned,I don't think you'll be disappointed,but,you don't have to spend a thousand bucks,to take great pictures,or,get outstanding color representation,in my opinion...hope this helps..."R"...
