John-
I actually just told a friend here in town who has reptile shop that I picked up this animal, and he told me its actually IS a normal sibling from Mike's breeding! I did not think it came from Mike, but the guy told me he knows the exact snake I got, and has all the history. He'll call me later and fill me in. GOOD GUESS!!! How did you know...is he the only one doing this cross? Anyway, neat snake, like an orangish Colombian with slight variations!! Her tail is neat. Dark blackish brown, but instead of white or creambanding, the bands are yellow!! Anyway, I'll try to get some pics up soon. Thanx for the info.
Brian
:I am sure that you got one of the "normals" from Mike's breeding. A shame because I really wanted it. :) Your gain......My loss. :)
:If you have what I think you do.......It is just a "normal" sibling to the true Salmontines. (Which are Argentine hypos)
:What you have is a cross. They will exibit traits of both species. Like you noticed. A different shaped head........An Argentine tail, etc. More than likely you boa will get darker with age. I personally think the normals from that breeding are great. Congrats on your new boa.
