Uro as begginer?

I am a beginner, but I have kept anoles and have leopard geckos currently, I am doing some research and I was wondering if a Uromastyx be a good choice for me? I hear they get pretty big, what size tank would be needed to keep a full grown adult? And what are some of the types of vegetables they eat, do they also eat fruits? And how long do they live?
