Can't say I've ever had a problem with video tapes being erased on my VCR or static on my TV in my rec room/herp room. Every light I have in there as well as in most of my house is florescent replacement bulbs and flourescent grow lights in a planted 55gal tank. And the TV only seems to have static when the show "X-Files" is on. Maybe I'm only seeing everything as two dimensional?
