Sand boas, I guess. They're small, and can possibly breed all year round. But dealing with eggs doesn't make it that much harder, you're just waiting for a different thing to happen. There aren't a lot of live bearing lizards. Other snakes that livebear include the rest of the boas, garter snakes, and a good number of vipers.
