I agree leopard geckos are excelent. They are easy and friendly. The part I do not agree with is the 2-3. You must be careful because you could end up with 2 or worst case 3 males. When I had leopards my males fought and I had to remove one to another tank. You would have to be prepared to separate. Your best bet if you want more than one would be not to get them from a pet store but from a solid breeder. This way you could probably garantee the sex of you lizards then you could get 2-3 females and problem solved plus buying from a good breeder would garantee you get a good healthy pet.
