You should give a variety. I would not go with red meat or fish but if you mixed up a little finely choped cooked turkey with his vegies and fruit. That would be good for him. Remember protein (like cricket turkey roaches and mealworms) should constitute only about 20-30% (some people would argue that)of the diet. The rest should be vegies and fruit. Dont be afraid to give you dragon lots of different types of food.
