Blind Texas Collard Lizard - Looking for help

My Texas Collard lost sight in her second eye this week. She has been blind in the other one for about 6 months. Her eyes simply do not open. There are no reptiallian vets. in the area, and she is not eating. I have begun feeding her vanilla ensure via a tube. She does not seem to find the crickets via smell - I do not know what to do. She is thin, real thin. Anyone have any suggestions?
