Fluorescent light mounting question-what would be best...?

I have a twenty high setup for day geckos, and I want to put a live pothos (huge) in the tank, but I'm wary of fluoresecnt light fixtures. So many of them give off these anoying humming sounds, and I've heard they can mess up video tapes. Any adivec?
