Your bubble could be some sort of cyst from an infection. I would take the longtail to a decent herp vet.

What many people also don't know is that longtails are usually infested with black mites. The animal will look perfectly clean, but the very deep belly scales usually harbor black mites. You can swab their bellies with some mouthwash or vegetable oil to cause the mites to pop out. Then you must remove them by use of a forceps and drop them into alcohol. Or, you can use Provent-a-mite (carefully, acording to directions) which works very well to eradicate black mites.
