Question about dragon behaviour.

My dragon acts strangely. When it is in its cage, it's (she's, I think) always trying to get out. But when I take it out, it then tries to get back in its cage. Otherwise, my bearded dragon seems to be in excellennt health. Does anyone have an explanation for its odd behaviour?
