You mean to keep the geckos in? You don't have to use coconut husks. You probably could use potting soil, I use something called cocoa bark. If you really want it you can find it at petstores. If you mean to keep the eggs in... I've always heard to use vermiculite but I haven't bred them yet so I'm not sure. You'd probably do better to post this in the gecko forum.
