I am currently going through this with a local pet store near me. They had 2 Uromastyx's living in very unfit conditions. I ended up buying them (at a discount) and I have turned it over to the humane society. Find out your human society and report them! They should be investigated and charges filed. The biggest thing is to document everything that you have seen, any check ups you have made, anyone you have talked to, what was said, etc etc. If they do file charges, PLEASE be willing to testify! This is where they get away with it. People wont get involved therefore the cases get thrown out.

I'm testifying for these 2 lizards that I have. They deserve that much! I wnat this guy to not be able to sell reptiles anymore!
