HELP! HELP! white spot probs

hey all i recently caught a white spot gecko outside of a pet store and im having some probs with it. it has not eaten in a couple of weeks and it has lots of trouble climbing as a matter of fact it has not touched a wall. it just sits there on the ground. ive got a 30 gal aboreal cage which has front two sides and top screened. humidity around 80 plenty of trees and hiding places. ive tried to put it in a smaller cage with some crickets in the dark with a black heat bulb but nothing. please help thanks
