As well, remember if the lizard is just off feed, it might not need to eat and force feeding it could be detrimental. Force feeding can really stress an animal and should only be a last resort. Force feeding should not be done for the first time by an individual. If you are worried about your animal, do not force feed it. Take it to the vet, and if the vet is competent about reptiles and amphibians, let him/her demonstrate and do it him/herself. Force feeding is a total last resort. What is the temperature and what have you been feeding? Sometimes if temps are too hot or cold or you are only feeding one kind of prey item they will go off feed. Good luck! Andy
