There is a small species of skink from Southeast Asia that you could try. It's Mabuya macularia. This species grows only a few inched long. They are secretive and terrestrial. Males have bright orange throats, while the rest of the body is varied shades of bronze/brown with white speckes.
House geckos and flying geckos will get along with anoles. Unfortunatly, a large flying gecko may eat a small grass lizard or anole, so be careful.
Besides lizards, small tree frogs will get along with anoles and grass lizards. You may even be able to mix poison dart frogs with small anoles/geckos. I've seen black-and-green poison dart frogs kept with small day geckos and anoles. Once again, be careful about mixing species. Frogs will eat anything that moves and can fit into their jaws.
One final note: minimum cage size for community vivarium: 30 gallon tank.
