I own a bearded dragon and you shouldn't feed the dragon that many superworms;only for a treat. Some people have adults that only eat crickets one a month. Although i dont know if that's good. Anyways at adults bearded dragons eat mostly greens,(collard, mustard, etc) but they also need some protein.
