I was using Reptilefood.com and recently had them mess up my order/shipment for the last (about the 5th in 6 months) time. A couple times they didn't ship when they said they would and this last time they shipped via Airborne 2nd day (after Airborne failed to deliver my last order at all!) even though I paid the extra for FedEx next day. I switched to Grooms and have been nothing but pleased with their crickets and their service. JMHO. Beth
