The water should feel niether warm nor cold to the touch.. commonly referred to as "tepid"

:Hey Everybody, I was thinking about taking "the Kids" to the pool. I'm used one of the under the bed plastic storage tub as a swimming pool. We filled it with luke warm water about an inch and half deep, placed a rock in the center and put Starr, Digger, and Chico (all of 5 months old) in it. Well it was like watching kids at a waterpark, its pretty cool.Even got to video them in action swimming, climbing the rock and then jumping into the water, pretty exciting. The thing that worried me was the water temp, I was thinking of placing a heat pad under the "pool" or getting one of those fish tank heater. My question is what should the temp be? Wondering if anyone has tried this or antthing similiar? One more question, what does "N/P" stands for? I have seen people writing on some of their messages. Thanks guys and have a GREAT day.
