If you think it's brumation, you should have a fecal check done to make sure there is no parasites present and multiply while the beardie sleeps, kinda difficult if you can't get him to poop though. None of my beardies dig for 2 weeks before they brumate, not saying that isn't what is happening, but unusual. Normally when they begin to brumate they slow way down and and don't move around much. It sounds as if yours is still pretty active. I suppose eggs could be a possibility , but again, unusual for 9 mo.
Since he/she hasn't pooped, I would stay away from mealworms and anything else that is hard to digest.
How long has it been since he/she has pooped? If it's been more then 3-4 days, I would continue warm water soaks while gently massaging his belly. Try to make him be active in the water and swim to get his metabolism in gear.
