Thank you for the info :I also recommend not feeding the dead crickets to your reptiles. If you don't know what they died from, it could be harmful to your reptiles. Any dead crickets I find in with my other crickets I throw out. Many things could cause it to die, other crickets, a virus, parasites, insecticides on the greens you gave it (wash all greens well before feeding them to crickets or reptiles, if you aren't already doing so) or environmental conditions.

:Another factor could be the conditions the breeder of the crickets keep them in. If they don't clean their cricket bins often, the crickets they have culd have any sort of disease. If you get alot of dead crickets from the same supplier, might be an ideal to look for another source, or breed your own. Also keep in mind that once crickets reach adulthood they don't live very long, a week or two or so. If they are kept at a warmer temperature, they also tend to die alot quicker too.
