:I think two of my beardies are trying to mate, but I was wondering if someone could describe the actions so that I know if they are fighting or mating....Both of there tails keep wagging and one is jumping on top of the other...?????
The male's beard will get black and he will headbob and run up and down the cage. If the female is ready she will bow down to the male. He will round on her and bite the back of her neck. While he is biting her neck he is using his back legs to pull her tail up so he can get down to business. if she is not ready she will flip over to get him off of her.
