I need to add the absobtion rate can not be agreed upon by scientists! You will find study after study that disagrees with the last study. What i put on my site is what I have found to be true over the years since I love to study how we benefit from plants. Plants are here for a purpose and for our use. I know no other way to explain it and if you offended or disagree then I can not possibly change your mind. I just hope that some of you dont storm off mad and not come back. We are all here for the good of our dragons and senseless arguing and bickering serves no purpose.
