Chicken baby food and Pedialyte via a syringe or eyedropper? Try putting it on the end of it's nose. If it doesn't lick it off, try gently pulling it's bottom lip down and placing some in it's mouth.
Are it's basking temps at 105-110? UVB light? If you can, natural sunlight is beneficial too.
