Freezing would be the worst way to kill him. If you really don't want to keep him alive, find a vet. It really doesn't cost that much money to have a beardie euthanized if that if a problem for you. For mine that was an adult I think it was around $6, so for a baby it would probably be less because it wouldn't take as much of the chemicals. However, if he seems to be doing well in spite of the problems, I don't see any reason to do that.
