I agree that a small reptarium would be your best bet. A plastic tub isn't good because the plastic will heat up and could cook your dragon. If you put him on a leash I hope you plan to sit out there with him the entire time. Don't wander off if you put him in a reptarium, but you could go in for a little bit.
