This is absolutly wrong. I am sure you mean that you want to have only one bulb providing both heat and UV. A normal household bulb does not give UV.
Yes. You can buy a UVA/UVB basking light in order to provide UV and heat in a 20 gal.
You can use a house bulb and a reflector for heat, but then you also need a UV bulb. I think this way is probably not the best idea.
No. You can't use just a household bulb.
