feeding beardies yogurt?

i think i saw on here one time that you can feed a BD yogurt? is it good for the beardie and are there any kinds that they can/cant have? im not planning on using it as like a daily food or anything, just a treat. one more question....would it be bad to feed a beardie the water gel stuff that you give to crickets? i only thought about it cuz im not home all day and the only way my beardie will usually drink is if i mist her or shes in her pool outside (shes never in her pool without me there). if not, about how long can a beardie go without drinking?
