:Sounds like he was on a severely low calcium diet. Apples have twice as much phosphorus as calcium and crickets have a ca:phos ratio of 1:12 and supers 1:18!!! If that's all they were given, I'd be worried.
:Ok, from what you're telling me, it either sounds like MBD or Mouth Rot. Mouth Rot or Stomatitis is when the mouth becomes infected and it makes it hurt to chew anything. Check inside of the mouth and look at the color of the mouth. If it's healthy it will be light pink. A yellow mouth could be a sign of a sick beardie. Also look for a thick, white substance around the gums and teeth. This is the mouth rot. It will really hurt your beardie if you don't get him to the vet for antibiotics.
:The best thing I can recommend is getting him to the vet. Your setup sounds great. The lighting, temps, UVB, food items are all what I would recommend. I just wish I knew what was causing him to not eat. Did you have the fecals checked?
