If you can get him to eat on his own I say let him live. I adopted a dragon that has little to no control over her legs. It is amazing that she "walks" with the lack of control. She seems very happy. If he can not eat by himself then it might be too much. I am sure someone will take him in. I would only do local sale so you could meet the person and explain the needs.
