Breading? think you are on the wrong forum to make bread *grin*

Anyway, humor aside, you really need to do alot of research before putting a male and female together to breed. There are alot of good sites online, just do a search with your favorite search engine on 'bearded dragons' 'bearded dragon care sheets' and 'breeding breaded dragons'. Buy several books about the care and raising of bearded dragons. (bearded Dragon Manual is highly recommended..also 'Your Bearded Dragon's Life'. There are a few other decent ones out there, search on Amazon.com for other book titles).

Personally I spent nearly a year researching bearded dragons before I even bought one, much less considered breeding them. (also had to move out of my parents place before I bought a lizard LOL). I have considered getting a female for my male to breed with but not sure I am ready for the responsibility of raising 30+ hatchlings a year and findind good homes for them.

I deffinitely recommend keeping your male and female bearded dragons separated till you are well versed on all the special attention and needs from before mating and after hatching of bearded dragons. There is alot to consider and prepare for not to mention the need for special equipment. Extra cages for babies, breeding cage, incubator, etc.

Once you done your homework, calculated the cost needed to get all the supplies you need ahead of time, if you feel you still want to enter the world of a bearded dragon breeder then go for it. Also, once your homework is done you will find 90% of your questions are answered. Alot of the bssic care questions have been asked many times already and I have only been posting and reading here regularly for less than a month.
