Beardies are curious by nature. And your sisters bed probably looked like a nice comfortable spot to let one go. When they are more active they tend to feel the urge to go. I have a beardie that would rather wait to get out than to poop in his cage. He likes a clean cage I guess. =D I would recommend making the cage escape proof for ... what did you say the dragons name was ... Houdini!
