Well you dont want the tunnel to collapse on her! What I would do is put a few fingers down in the tunnel, feel for her head....once you find it, pull forward on the soil removing the soil from her face, pulling it forward should not collapse anything. But then you can see the whole better then I can! If all else fails just wait. I would give her another half hour to a hour. You dont want to pull her out because that will definitely interrupt her egg laying! If you can somehow unbury her head withuot collapsing the tunnel, that would be the best route!
