:A 10 Gal would be minimum for that small of a beardie, but you may have trouble with the heat gradient in that small of a tank and it would grow out of it very fast. I'd opt for something larger, like a 29 gallon. You will need at least a 55 gallon as an adult. I would order 500 1/4" crix as a test to see how much it eats. At that size it should eat 2-3x a day, as many crix as it can eat in 10 min. She's very pretty by the way...
