Seperate them. Dragons eating each other happens all too often. Plus, if you don't know the sexes for 100% sure, you shouldn't house them together anyway.
Also, next time when you get a new animal, you should quarantine it before letting it ANYWHERE near your established animals.
If you have a male/female pair now, and want to breed, wait until the female is 18 months, as she will be done with the majority of her growing at that point, and breeding won't harm her.
