You can dust anything they'll eat. Problem with them only eating worms is that they will refuse anything else. Worms, imho, should be a treat. They can become stubborn: They know if they hold out and don't eat crickets, they'll get the worms.
If it's just that they have trouble catching the crix, try freezing them for about a minute. It won't kill the crix, but they'll be really slow until they warm back up. Also, you may want to get hold of some Parazap. I use it as an appetite booster for dragons that aren't eating much, and it's a good precautionary measure to fight parasites. I think you can get it at parazap.com or something similar.
