that whole heat lamp thing stinks,but as for the cages it is ok if the monitors are kept like that....im sure the store owner has no intention of keeping them in there...if u complain about that then what about the deli cups reptiles are kept in for 2-4 days during a reptile expo..i mean as long as the animals are being sold relativily quickly it isnt a problem..srry i this ofended you its just my opinion..
