king mealworms vs. superworms

King mealworms are the same as super worms, atleast around here they are. They call the larger version of regular mealworms giant mealworms. And they dont look anything like super worms. If you say the king mealworms look like the super worms then they probably are super worms. You can feed your beardies any of them. as long as they are big enough. I have even given standard mealworms to my adults when I'm out of the others. And they love them too. I hope this helped.
