A Dumb Question

This is probably a dumb question, but if a dragon is pooping, it can't be impacted, can it? I have two really fat dragons, and I've treated them for parasites, but I'm still worried. I've been thinking of taking them in to be sure they aren't impacted, but I know the vet will ask me if they're passing stuff, and if that means they're not impacted I'd rather look dumb here than in the vet's office.
