I can feel those bones if I try. Seeing the bones without feeling would be much worse. If that should happen it would mean she isn't eating enough for some reason and is malnourished. Also, when malnourished the fatpads on the top of their heads sink in.
When they have worms they can get lethargic, poop stinks REALLY bad, and may have loss of appetite.
When mine had hookworm and Coccidia none of them showed any signs. I only found out because I took a fecal sample in. They had them pretty bad too.
So, it's always a good idea to get fecals done 2-3 times a year, because they just don't show symptoms at times.
