Does anyone have a nutrition chart comparing Mealworms to crickets?
I personally can not imagine crickets being more nutritious. They are just a "small gut" & shell, especially tiny crickets which are fed to small beardies. I think that is just something that has been passed around. (don't quote me on that). I think that if given size appropriate and in moderation, mealworms are safer than crickets. Crickets are notorious parasite carriers.

That's just MHO.
